England MOTM v Costa Rica

The votes had been cast; these numbers toted up with it decided among the Vital England fraternity that Ross Barkley was the man of the match in our final world cup game against Costa Rica.

I was on holiday, and could not get to watch this one in the end, so in all honesty I cannot comment too much - but given how highly I rate the Everton man if he was the top man it would not surprise me.

Lallana was someone that I was told had played pretty well and was just starting to pull the strings when he was taken off.

Some might not care who the MotM was in this game, but I still feel it was relevant to be honest...
