Wilshere - To play or not to play?

Jack Wilshere is back, he made his club return at the weekend for Arsenal but should he be involved for England next month when we head to Sweden?

Arsene Wenger is against this, as is Vital Arsenal, and they feel that Roy Hodgson will see sense too...

From Vital Arsenal (feel free to leave comments here and there, using your same vital logins on each):

After a year and a half on the sidelines, Jack Wilshere finally returned to action in a tense 1-0 over QPR at the weekend, much to the delight of the player, manager and fans.

Jack's original diagnosis had him listed as being out of action for 1 month, however complications and then suffering a set-back meant he missed the whole of last season.

Arsene Wenger has been understandably cautious in Jack's rehabilitation, and even though he's back in the thick of it, Le Boss is not going to allow his caution to waiver as the Frenchman is going to ask Wilshere and England manager Roy Hodgson for the midfielder to be left out of England's up coming friendly.

"It is a friendly, Jack should skip that. What is important now is that he gets back to full fitness for this team . Once he is back he will play for England again. But if it's a friendly" said the Gaffer.

"I will have a little word, of course."

"I will speak about it with Roy, but what is important now is that he gets back to his level."

It's all good common sense that Jack sit this one out, and fortunately Arsene and Roy are good friends so hopefully the correct decision will be made for Wilshere.

Would have him playing for England in a heartbeat, but we have to be sensible and ease him back gently. Let's see him have a good few 90 mins for Arsenal before recalling the new saviour of england
