Walcott makes it four
Given the timing of England's friendly with Italy it is hardly surprising that withdrawals are being seen...
A number of players were 'rested' but 'slight' injuries have seen Joe Hart, Daniel Sturridge, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and now Theo Walcott pull out of the game in Switzerland tonight.
Other than Joleon Lescott, who was called-up on Monday, no other replacements have been called upon.
It is a ridiculous time to be playing a friendly but I must admit I am looking forward to seeing what the younger, and arguably hungrier and motivated, generation can do!
